Our client is looking to employ a speech writer at the EL1 level for an initial three months, with the possibility of extension. This position could be either contract or non-ongoing.

The key requirements are previous speech writing experience for executive public servants/academics and/or Ministers.

The person would have the ability to translate scientific language and academic reports into plain English-making the content interesting and understandable for a non-academic audience.

The person would also have excellent relationship building skills and be able to work as part of a team and independently
